Describe a public place that you think need improvements

1. Well, I would like to start by saying that my city/village is going through so many changes.
2. But here I would like to talk about a public place which needs a complete make over.
3. This is the main park of my city/village.
4. Honestly speaking, when the park was built, it became the main attraction of the city/village as almost everyone used to pay a visit to this park during the day.
5. However, due to the poor maintenance and lack of supervision, the condition of this park has become worst and it really needs a lot of improvements.
6. Earlier I also used to visit this park on daily basis especially in the morning with my friends or family but since the park is not in good condition, I do not feel like going there as others.
7. There are number of things I dislike about this place.
8. First of all, the park is now littered with garbage as there are no dustbins placed on regular intervals.
9. Apart from that, the stray animals can be seen more than people in this park as the entrance gate is broken.
10. Furthermore, the pond which used to be the main attraction of this park few years back has now is in aggravating condition since the water has not been changed for a long time.
11. I think, the onus lies on government as well each citizen of the city to ensure the proper maintenance of the public places.
12. All in all, I can say that this place is the one which needs urgent attention and war footing steps should be taken as parks are the lungs of the cities.
